Refunds, made fair.
What's refundable, what's not, and what's covered by warranty instead. Most issues can be resolved before a refund is even needed — talk to us first.
When you can request a refund
Because we sell digital goods that are fulfilled instantly, refunds are limited. We offer a refund when:
- Your order has not yet been delivered and you'd like to cancel before fulfillment.
- We are unable to deliver your order within 48 hours and you'd prefer a refund over waiting.
- There's a clear fault on our end and the buyer provides sufficient evidence of a dysfunctional product or service.
Situations we can't refund
We can't process a refund in the following situations:
- Your order has been delivered successfully.
- Boosting accounts were removed from your server by an admin or a bot.
- You changed your mind after the boosts landed.
- The server was deleted, raided, or banned after delivery.
In these cases, please reach out to support — we'll see what we can do, but a full refund usually isn't possible.
Replacement boosts, not cash refunds
If a boost drops during your warranty period through no fault of yours, we'll replace it free of charge. This isn't a refund, but it does keep your server at the level you paid for:
- 1-month packages — 30-day warranty.
- 3-month packages — 90-day warranty.
- 1-year packages — lifetime warranty.
To claim a warranty replacement, just message us with your order number and the affected server.
The fastest way to get help
The fastest way to start a refund request is to open a ticket in our Discord support server. Please include:
- Your order number.
- The server invite link associated with the order.
- A short description of the issue.

How long it takes
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time it takes to land back in your account depends on your payment method:
- Card payments — typically 5–10 business days.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay — typically 3–5 business days.
- Crypto — refunded in the same coin, usually within 24 hours of approval.
Always contact us first
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be permanently blacklisted and your purchased boosts may be invalidated. Almost every issue can be resolved by reaching out — please give us a chance to make it right before disputing.
